POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a talented professional to join our growing team. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging and effective sales collateral that supports the sales team's efforts to communicate with prospects. This role requires a creative mind with exceptional design skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This person acts as a primary marketing contact for the field sales group and other internal departments and is responsible for managing and executing assigned projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop visually compelling sales materials such as presentations, proposals, case studies, infographics, and whitepapers that align with our brand guidelines and enhance our sales strategy.
Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to understand their needs and create customized, targeted materials.
Manage the production process from ideation to completion, ensuring that all materials are delivered on time, within budget, and of high quality.
Ensure all materials adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all channels.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, sales enablement best practices, and industry news to continuously improve our sales collateral.
Create templates and guidelines for sales team members to use when creating their own materials to ensure a consistent brand image.
Work with key internal stakeholders to identify and understand marketing collateral needs
Consistently strive to identify the best solution and/or approach for Tarkett and the customer
Build, maintain and manage timelines for all assigned projects
Communicate promptly and professionally with regards to status of projects and requests
Work with marketing communications team, including graphic designers, copy writers, photographers, and videographers, to help conceptualize, develop, and deliver marketing materials (print and digital)
Escalate setbacks, or challenges through appropriate channels as needed
Interact with third party vendors in the delivery of marketing materials
Responsible for working within a given budget
Responsible for uploading, organizing, and managing all content housed on the web-based internal resource center (brochures, installation images, logos, etc.)
Assist with the management and execution of case studies
Monitor and manage print marketing inventory levels
Other activities and duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS (including educational requirements):

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on sales enablement.
Proven experience in developing sales collateral that supports sales objectives and strategies.
Project management software experience is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and other design tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
Excellent project management skills with ability to effectively manage multiple priorities concurrently
Excellent listening and communication skills
Ability to analyze, compare, contrast and synthesize information in an efficient and effective manner
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with a wide variety of internal and external resources and customers
Exceptional Microsoft Office skills and PowerPoint creation
Detail oriented, results-driven, and flexible with a strong work ethic
